AI Best handles account names and email addresses, login/session information, directory submissions, support messages and order references. Product descriptions, website links and images submitted for publication can become public after editorial approval. Do not include private information in public listing fields.

We use this data to run accounts, review and publish listings, confirm payment, investigate billing issues, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Payments and service providers

When you use Waffo Pancake checkout, Waffo acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment, billing details and applicable tax under its own privacy terms. We send your account identifier, email address, selected product and local order reference; we receive payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts and refund records. Full card details are handled by checkout providers, not stored by this directory.

Hosting, authentication, storage and email providers may process data needed to operate the website. Following a third-party tool link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy policy. We do not share your account email with listed tools merely because you browse the directory.

Cookies and usage

Essential cookies maintain login sessions, locale and preferences. Requests may generate security logs, including IP address and browser information. If analytics is enabled, usage events may be collected for measurement. Where required, non-essential tracking must be subject to the applicable consent mechanism.
