What this website provides

AI Best is a directory for discovering third-party AI tools, with product listings, articles and free web utilities. We are not the seller or operator of the tools listed here. Their pricing, availability, privacy practices and terms are their own.

Browsing and using our published free utilities does not require buying a directory placement. Directory accounts let product owners submit listings and track editorial decisions.

Directory submissions and editorial decisions

Submit accurate information for a product you own or are authorized to represent. You must have permission to use any submitted text, logos and images. Do not submit malware, illegal, infringing, deceptive or sexually explicit products or content, or fabricate reviews and usage figures. We may reject or remove a listing that violates these standards, becomes unavailable or misrepresents its product. A paid submission must satisfy the same editorial standards as a free one.

Purchases and delivery

Our current paid products are Fast Pass (priority editorial review) and Featured (priority review plus a featured badge and placement in the homepage featured collection after approval). The pricing page states the current USD price. Each purchase covers one submission and is a one-time payment, not a subscription or a recurring charge. No AI generation credits or access to third-party tools are included.

Payment is not a promise of approval. Featured placement is within a shared collection, not an exclusive, fixed-position or guaranteed above-the-fold slot. It remains available while the listing is published and complies with these terms. We do not promise traffic, leads, conversions, search rankings, dofollow links or a fixed review deadline. Promotion scheduling is not currently sold.

Applicable tax may be added at checkout. Check the final amount before confirming payment. Where Waffo Pancake handles your checkout, it acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment and applicable tax. We receive transaction references and payment status, not your full card number. A browser return page alone does not confirm payment or publication.

Cancellations and refunds

See our refund policy. Rejected paid submissions before publication, undelivered purchased placements and duplicate charges are eligible for a full refund. Requests are reviewed and processed through the payment provider; an editorial rejection is not itself an automatic refund. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Accounts, content and third-party websites

Keep your login credentials secure and contact support if your account is compromised. You retain rights to your submitted materials and grant us permission to display them for directory operations. Listing a product does not mean we own it, endorse every claim or guarantee its security. Check third-party terms before following an outbound link or purchasing a listed tool.

Changes and liability

We may update the directory and these terms. Material changes will be explained on this page and do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. If we discontinue a purchased placement before delivering it, the refund policy applies. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for third-party tools or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Use our public contact page for support, legal or content-removal requests. This directory is operated by an independent developer, not a registered company. The operator's verified legal identity and tax residence are provided to Waffo Pancake during its business review; to protect personal privacy, they are not published on this website. Waffo Pancake, as Merchant of Record, is the seller shown on your receipt.
